Founded by Giancarlo Zigante, a passionate truffle hunter and pioneer of truffle gastronomy in Croatia, our company has grown from a local endeavor into a globally recognized brand. With a deep respect for nature and tradition, Zigante Tartufi blends artisanal expertise with modern technology to deliver premium-quality truffle products that celebrate the authentic taste of Istria.
From Forest to Table
Our production is rooted in sustainability and excellence. We source fresh truffles directly from local truffle hunters and forests in Istria and beyond, ensuring traceability and freshness in every batch. The harvested truffles are processed with care and precision to preserve their natural aroma and culinary value.
With a state-of-the-art production facility and a dedicated quality control team, we offer a wide range of truffle products for both retail and HoReCa sectors, including truffle oils, sauces, spreads, condiments, pasta, and gourmet gift boxes. All products are developed in-house, under strict food safety standards and with carefully selected ingredients.
