Founded in 1915 by local farmers, Taris co-op has a long history of success as the premier provider of the finest olive oil in the Aegean Region. Today, we are proudly owned by 28,000 producer-partners, organized under 30 cooperatives across 6 Turkish cities.
Taris Olive Oil is certified by the International Olive Council (IOC). Our olives are traditionally harvested and then pressed and stored under the most stringent sanitary conditions in our advanced facilities.
Our commitment extends from carefully nurturing our farmers olive groves to employing modern extraction techniques that preserve the oil's rich nutritional profile and vibrant sensory characteristics. We possess one of the 79 laboratories recognized by the IOOC This ensures that we produce top-quality olive oil from the world's best olives – the Aegean olives.
