Anuga und UNIDO kooperieren unter dem Leitsatz „Eine Welt ohne Hunger ist möglich“
Hochkarätiges Eventprogramm mit Speakern aus dem In- und Ausland geplant
Die Herausforderung ist groß: Um eine nachhaltige Zukunft für alle zu gewährleisten, müssen wirtschaftliches Wachstum, soziale Entwicklung sowie Umwelt- und Klimaschutz in Einklang gebracht werden. In diesem Herbst 2023 kommen mit der Anuga und UNIDO zwei international agierende Player zusammen, um die Herausforderungen der weltweiten Ernährungsbranche zu diskutieren, Chancen und Lösungen herauszuarbeiten und vor allem wichtige Player für gemeinsame Projekte zusammenzubringen.Im Zentrum des fachlichen Austauschs steht die Förderung wirtschaftlichen Wachstums sowie nachhaltiger Entwicklungen in der Ernährungswirtschaft. Dazu gehören vor allem die Chancen und Potenziale, die sich beispielsweise aus der Umsetzung der Nachhaltigkeitsziele der Vereinten Nationen (SDGs) für Akteure im Ernährungssektor ergeben. Aber auch Themen wie der Aufbau einer widerstandsfähigen Infrastruktur sowie die Förderung einer nachhaltigen Industrialisierung und Unterstützung von Innovationen werden auf der Anuga 2023 gemeinsam mit der UNIDO diskutiert.

Mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt auf Agrarindustrie und Nahrungsmittelsystemen zielt die UNIDO darauf ab, die Kapazitäten von Kleinbauern und agro-verarbeitenden Betrieben aufzubauen, um die landwirtschaftliche Produktion aufzuwerten und die ländliche Wirtschaftsentwicklung und den Strukturwandel in der Agrarwirtschaft zu fördern. Die UNIDO trägt direkt zur Stärkung der Ernährungssicherheit bei, indem wir die lokale Wertschöpfung steigern, Investitionen in Landwirtschaft fördern, die Nachernteverluste verringern, sowie den Zugang zu Nahrungsmitteln verbessern.“
In den kommenden Wochen werden die Planungen zur Anuga 2023 mit der UNIDO weiter konkretisiert. Unter dem Leitsatz „Eine Welt ohne Hunger ist möglich“ werden im Rahmen der weltweit führenden Fachmesse für Lebensmittel und Getränke unterschiedliche Eventformate und Diskussionsrunden dem Fachpublikum Einblicke in Lösungen sowie Best Practices für eine nachhaltige Entwicklung in der Ernährungsbranche geben.

Anuga and UNIDO cooperate under the motto "A world without hunger is possible"
First-class event programme with speakers from Germany and abroad planned
It is a huge challenge: In order to guarantee a sustainable future for everyone, economic growth, social development and environmental and climate protection have to be reconciled. In the autumn of 2023, two internationally-operating players, Anuga and UNIDO, are coming together to discuss the challenges of the worldwide food industry, address the opportunities and solutions and above all bring important players together for joint projects.The promotion of economic growth and sustainable developments in the food industry is the focus of the professional exchange. This predominantly includes the opportunities and potential that the realisation of the sustainability development goals of the United Nations (SDGs) brings about for the players of the food sector, for example. But also themes like the development of a resistant infrastructure as well as the promotion of a sustainable industrialization and support of innovations will be discussed jointly with UNIDO at Anuga 2023.

Together with Anuga as an international platform of the food industry and its key theme this year "Sustainable Growth", we are creating a stage at the trade fair that places the focus on the topic food security as an essential basis for sustainable economic development. At the same time, in this context we offer our exhibitors the possibility to draw increased attention to their products and innovations to promote a sustainable food system. The perfect combination for an international audience with representatives from political, business and media circles. We are very much looking forward to the joint exchange," explained Oliver Frese, Chief Operating Officer of Koelnmesse.

Over the coming weeks the plans for Anuga 2023 will be further defined together with UNIDO. In the scope of the leading global trade fair for food and beverages, under the motto "A world without hunger is possible", various event formats and discussion rounds will provide the trade audience with insights into solutions as well as examples of best practice for a sustainable development within the food industry.

Anuga et l'UNIDO coopèrent, avec pour principe directeur « Un monde sans faim est possible »
Un programme d'événements de haut niveau avec intervenants d'Allemagne et de l'étranger est à l'étude
Le défi est de taille : pour garantir un avenir durable pour tous, il faut concilier croissance économique, évolution sociale et protection de l'environnement et du climat. Anuga et l'ONUDI, qui agissent au niveau international, se réuniront à l'automne 2023 pour échanger sur les défis auxquels doit faire face l'agroalimentaire mondial, cerner les opportunités, identifier les solutions et surtout rassembler autour de projets communs des acteurs importants.Cet échange professionnel vise avant tout à promouvoir la croissance économique et les pratiques de développement durable dans le secteur agroalimentaire. En font partie notamment les opportunités et les potentiels qui découlent par exemple de la mise en œuvre des Objectifs de développement durable définis par les Nations unies (ODD) pour les acteurs du secteur alimentaire. Mais bâtir une infrastructure résiliente, promouvoir une industrialisation durable et encourager l'innovation sont des sujets qui, à Anuga 2023, feront l'objet de débats avec l'ONUDI.

En mettant l'accent en particulier sur les activités agricoles et les systèmes alimentaires, l'ONUDI vise le développement des capacités des petits agriculteurs et des entreprises d'agro-transformation pour valoriser la production agricole et encourager le développement économique dans les zones rurales ainsi que la transformation structurelle de l'économie agricole. L'ONUDI contribue directement à l'amélioration de la sécurité alimentaire en créant localement plus de valeur, en encourageant les investissements dans l'agriculture, en réduisant les pertes après-récolte et en améliorant l'accès à la nourriture. »
Les préparatifs d'Anuga 2023 avec l'ONUDI continueront de se concrétiser dans les semaines à venir. Au salon de référence mondiale de l'alimentation et des boissons, compte tenu du principe directeur « Un monde sans faim est possible », différents formats d'événements et des tables rondes donneront aux visiteurs professionnels un aperçu des solutions et des bonnes pratiques pour l'intégration du développement durable dans le secteur alimentaire.

Collaborazione Anuga - UNIDO al motto di "Un mondo senza fame è possibile"
Programma eventi di alto livello con speaker dalla Germania e dall'estero
La sfida è grande: per garantire un futuro sostenibile per tutti sarà necessario conciliare crescita economica, sviluppo sociale e protezione dell'ambiente e del clima. Ad autunno 2023 riuniremo due player operanti a livello internazionale, Anuga e UNIDO, per discutere delle sfide per l'industria alimentare mondiale, elaborare opportunità e soluzioni e soprattutto coinvolgere player importanti in progetti congiunti.Al centro dello scambio tecnico campeggiano la promozione della crescita economica e gli sviluppi sostenibili dell'industria alimentare. Quindi in particolare le opportunità e i potenziali derivanti ad esempio dall'implementazione degli obbiettivi di sostenibilità delle Nazioni Unite (SDG) per gli attori del settore alimentare. Ma ad Anuga 2023 si affronteranno con UNIDO anche tematiche quali la costruzione di un'infrastruttura resistente, la promozione di una industrializzazione sostenibile e il supporto alle innovazioni.
"Con UNIDO abbiamo acquisito un partner forte, che si impegna per uno sviluppo industriale sostenibile a livello mondiale. Insieme ad Anuga, nel ruolo di piattaforma internazionale dell'industria alimentare con il suo tema guida annuale "Sustainable Growth", creeremo in fiera un palco dedicato al tema della sicurezza alimentare come base essenziale per uno sviluppo economico sostenibile. Parallelamente in questo contesto offriremo alle nostre aziende espositrici la possibilità di puntare ancora di più i riflettori sui loro prodotti e sulle innovazioni volte a sostenere un sistema del food sostenibile. La combinazione perfetta per un pubblico internazionale con rappresentanti del mondo politico, economico e dei media. Siamo molto lieti di avviare questo scambio congiunto," dichiara Oliver Frese, COO e Chief Financial Officer di Koelnmesse.

Nelle prossime settimane, in collaborazione con UNIDO, saranno perfezionati i programmi per Anuga 2023. Al motto di "Un mondo senza fame è possibile", nella cornice del salone leader al mondo per il food & beverage saranno proposti vari format di eventi e tavole rotonde per offrire al pubblico specializzato un quadro approfondito delle soluzioni e delle best pratice per uno sviluppo sostenibile dell'industria alimentare.

Anuga y UNIDO cooperan bajo el lema "Es posible un mundo sin hambre"
Está previsto un programa paralelo de alto nivel con conferenciantes de Alemania y del extranjero
El desafío es enorme: para garantizar un futuro sostenible para todos, se debe conciliar el crecimiento económico, el desarrollo social con la protección del medio ambiente y del clima. Este otoño de 2023, Anuga y UNIDO, Organización de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo Industrial (ONUDI), dos actores internacionales, se reunirán para discutir los desafíos a los que se enfrenta la industria alimentaria mundial, encontrar oportunidades y soluciones y, sobre todo, reunir a actores importantes para proyectos conjuntos.El objetivo central de este intercambio técnico es la promoción del crecimiento económico y el desarrollo sostenible en la industria alimentaria. Esto incluye, sobre todo, las oportunidades y el potencial que resultan, por ejemplo, de la implementación de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de las Naciones Unidas para los actores del sector alimentario. En la Anuga 2023 se discutirán también conjuntamente con la UNIDO temas como el desarrollo de una infraestructura resiliente y la promoción de la industrialización sostenible así como el apoyo a las innovaciones.

A la vez, en este contexto ofrecemos a nuestros expositores la posibilidad de centrar aún más sus productos e innovaciones en la promoción de un sistema alimentario sostenible. La combinación perfecta para un público internacional con representantes de la política, la economía y los medios de comunicación. Esperamos con gran interés la celebración de este encuentro" ha manifestado Oliver Frese, director de operaciones y director general de Koelnmesse.
Gerd Müller, director general de la UNIDO: "La contribución para conseguir un mundo sin hambre es una de mis primeras prioridades en UNIDO. Con un enfoque particular centrado en la industria agraria y los sistemas alimentarios, la UNIDO tiene como objetivo desarrollar la capacidad de los pequeños agricultores y procesadores de productos agrícolas para mejorar la producción y promover el desarrollo económico rural y el cambio estructural en el sector agrícola. La UNIDO contribuye directamente al reforzamiento de la seguridad alimentaria incrementando la creación de valor añadido local, promoviendo las inversiones en la agricultura, reduciendo las pérdidas postcosecha y mejorando el acceso los productos alimenticios".
En las próximas semanas se seguirán concretando los planes para la Anuga 2023 con la UNIDO. En el marco de la feria líder mundial dedicada a los productos alimenticios y las bebidas, bajo el lema "Es posible un mundo sin hambre", se ofrecerán al público profesional eventos en diferentes formatos y diversos coloquios sobre propuestas de solución y mejores prácticas posibles para conseguir un desarrollo sostenible en el sector de la alimentación.
