Greek Stri-Fry "Gyros"

A world famous Greek street food that you can find in almost every street corner of the country. Thick slices of pork are marinated in a special blend of mountain herbs, strong spices and olive oil. The gyros is slowly roasted on a vertical rotating spit and then shaved onto a pita or a plate. Recreate this popular delicacy by stir frying thin strips of pork in the gyros sauce and wrap in a pita or serve with French fries.
