Growing up in his father’s supermarket, Franz developed an early, hands-on understanding of the challenges within food retail. Combining this practical experience with deep expertise in data-driven decision-making, he now leads AIPERIA's mission to help retailers reduce food waste, enhance profitability, and create more sustainable supply chains. Under his leadership, AIPERIA has experienced rapid growth across the DACH region and is preparing to expand into the UK, setting new standards for AI in food retail and supply chain optimization.
