Surmont is an Italian family run business,
located in the North East part of Italy, about 50 km from Venice.
Surmont has a long history in cultivating and preserving mushrooms and in the last 20 years, its efforts has been concentrated in developing and producing authentic Italian IQF Frozen ready meals, with particular attention to innovation and product development.
The plant is certified (IFS, BRC, ORGANIC, FDA) and built in order to reach the highest levels in terms of hygiene, safety, innovation and practicality.
A third expansion of the production department has been completed in September 2018 with the addition of new production capabilities. With this latest expansion Surmont was able to double the production on bags and also offer new innovative microwavable trays and bowls.
