Antico Molino Rosso is a company dedicated to organic products, based in Verona, Italy. Since 1993 we produce organic stone ground flours, Italian selected cereals, for the retail and ho.re. ca. channels. We produce organic protein flours, organic gluten free flours, organic wholemeal nutraceutical pastries for the body, mind and environment. Fine pastries produced with our excellent organic flours: the very best organic wheats and only Italian ingredients.
Two modern plants and the historic Mill where everyday we check and analyse the supply chain. During our production process we use energy from renewable sources and 100% recyclable packaging.
Seven certifications: ICEA, FSSC22000, CSQA, CSQA Gluten Free, Biodiversity Friend, FDA and USDA. Our mission is to offer a healthy product, organic, wholemeal, lactose-free, vitamin and fibre rich, delicious, of the highest quality.
